Recently I have been considering purchasing a laptop as I will be needing one for collage. I have been looknig around and the MacBook Pro looks promising. At first I was skeptical about Apple computers because they are completely foreign to me, but now with the new "Boot Camp" program you are able to run windows off of your Macs. I also like alot of macs different features.
Before I make a decision about what to purchase I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions. If anyone is familiar with the pros and cons of the Macs I would love to hear from you.

pros of mac you wont get any viruses or spyware for its not popular enough to be targetted its supposedly easier to use.
con macs are less popular and dont have many technicians to fix them and also all the new games rarely will be able to be runned on a mac.
Linux takes time to know but ends up being the best cause there is alot you can do with it and liek macs its not as popular so again less technicians available to fix it but it wont get viruses or spyware.
Windows pretty much everyone uses and by far the easiest since most of the people grew up with it and they have been increaseingly improving on pretty much every aspect of any os.

windows over a mac would run slow because u are practically running two operating systems at once so you will be using alot of your ram not only for windows but for the mac os too.
